a. What specification of computers do we need to prepare?

b.  Do we need to re-type all of our students’ information in your system should we decide to buy the SOFTWARE?


Answer:  No.  We have an EXCEL FORM into which you can COPY-PASTE your current student information. We can teach you how to import excel information into the SQL database in less than 5 minutes. The system is ready to use after template setup and data import.

c.  Do we still need to change our current system like modes of payment, grading system, and the like?


Answer:  No.  We will customize your current system to suit the software. If we see things needing improvement, we will recommend better options.

d.  Do you provide training for TEACHERS and EMPLOYEES?

Answer:  Yes.  You have 2 options: either you have them join us in our group training or we will personally conduct the training in your place. The latter costs a minimal fee

e.  Do you have WARRANTY for all of your products?

Answer: Yes.  We provide LIFETIME WARRANTY. We want to be your lifetime partner in serving your CLIENTS.

f.  We already have a SIMILAR SOFTWARE but it’s TOO EXPENSIVE and EXPENSES ARE RECURRING, how can we get yours?

Answer: Just signify your intent and we will ASSIST you in transferring or re-encoding all your data into our software. We will turn over the system to you, READY-TO-USE.

g. How can we TRUST your SOFTWARE PRODUCTS?

Answer: We developed the SOFTWARE based on a decade of both HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE in SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION and collective knowledge from International and Local Schools.  We were motivated by our desire to HELP our CO-ADMINISTRATORS and one way to do it is to relieve them of tedious and stressful work of school administration.

h. Will you provide CUSTOMER SUPPORT should we need your assistance?

Answer: YES, we provide technical assistance in many ways depending on your needs.
1. Telephone coaching through our service and technical help desk.
2. Remote access via the internet
3. On-site support or personal school visit.  (For a Fee)
   Just let us know and we are willing to serve YOU at your convenience.

i.  Do you have USER MANUAL that will serve as our GUIDE?

Answer:  YES, we have a QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE written in every software module and its purpose is to guide you as you adjust to the new system. It contains all information about the process flow and even screen shots of the step-by-step instructions.

j. Why is your software MORE AFFORDABLE than the OTHERS?

Answer: We offer this system to extend our ASSISTANCE to our CO-ADMINISTRATORS who, like us, want to have PEACE OF MIND and be relieved of STRESS that school administration brings. We charge REASONABE fees just enough to MAINTAIN the operations of the business.
